News of Note

 North Kansas City Hospital
December 18, 2012
Inmate #1054

Just when one lets their guard down, knowing that not on thing can happen to make matters any worse, BAM~~~you wind up in the hospital emergency room unable to breathe because you are coughing non-stop.  Whoops, Merry Christmas to me, I got pneumonia for Christmas this year.
So here I am, in bed, 3 bags of IV antibiotics, a bag of fluids, a bag of electrolytes and I'm pretty sure there is a 'partridge' in that mix.  All I need now is for them to light up the IV pole and my Christmas will be complete.  This is not the ultimate way to spend the holidays.  Sorry friends but I am putting everything back on hold for now.  But I will be ringing in the New Year with you all with a TON OF GREAT GIVEAWAYS~!

  9. Dear Jeanne, I know I told you to have a relaxing and safe Christmas - but I didn't mean in hospital!!!!
I wonder if they could put a little coloured LED behind each bag so you can have your own light display.
Get better soon and look after yourself!!! Don't worry about us we will be here when you are better (not feeling better but actually better!!!)
    Hugs and a merry Christmas
